This blog will spotlight the incredible, hilarious and ridiculous videos I have and will soon watch on YouTube. I too often find myself in front of my computer, not doing homework or researching for a paper, but watching the video that has been "favorited" most that day. I will write about the video(s) that have caught my attention for the week and try to explain why people do what they do. I'd like to think if it as "Cultural Observation."

Beyonce Clown
This video, I feel, explains itself why I posted it. Let me try to explain what happens. Well a young women, who obviously is a fan of Beyonce, has decided to post a video of her dancing the Single Ladies dance, simple enough right? WRONG. She decides to put a clown mask on. As she starts "gettin' it" she is hit with a surprise, literally. As the Beyonce song starts the phrase "decided to dip" the young women, in perfect syncopation slams her head into the corner of the t.v.
I have watched this video many times, I guess her pain is my gain because there is never a time where I watch this video and not be smiling by the end of it.
Enjoy :)
Scarlet Takes A Tumble
This video is one of my favorites. When I first watched this video, after laughing for about thirty minutes straight, so many questions came to mind. 1. Who was Scarlet singing to? 2. Why would she put heels on then step on a coffee table that obviously could not hold her weight? 3. At one point in the video she picks up her pant leg to show us her shoes. WHY? and lastly 4. Did she really think that the situation she put herself in would end well? I know the answer, and so do 15.5 million other viewers that have watched this video, NO!
I guess I will never answer the other questions but watching her fall makes the unknown okay to live with.
Enjoy :)

MAD tv - Bon Qui Qui at King Burger
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZkdcYlOn5M
This video was probably the video that I first watched and that started my addiction to YouTube. It has all of the ingredients for a great video: An emotionally disturbed women working at a job that she obviously does not like.
